Knives Out! formed in 2008 with members of Hellyeah, Nothingface, Dog Fashion Disco and Polkadot Cadaver. The band recorded their debut album in mid-2009, and finished it in October 2009. They released a rough cuts ep of 4 demos from the upcoming cd.  On May 2010 Tom Maxwell announced his wishes of going on tour with Hellyeah for a long period and left the band, arguing no time for other projects.
